Legacy / end-of-life

Eltek Flatpack S and first-generation Flatpack modules

This is the genuinely hard end of the Eltek installed base. Flatpack S and the first-generation Flatpack modules are no longer current products, but there are still thousands of them powering working sites — and a failed module does not justify replacing a healthy plant.

Availability & lifecycle

Legacy. No longer a current Eltek product line. Sourced from remaining new-old-stock and end-of-line inventory, which means availability genuinely varies and we confirm it per request rather than publishing a stock figure.

Where it is used

  • Ageing cellular sites not yet refreshed
  • Legacy transmission and microwave huts
  • Older fiber aggregation cabinets
  • Industrial plants with long asset cycles

What to send us

A photo of the module label — on legacy Eltek stock the printed designation is often the only reliable identifier — plus a photo of the shelf and controller. Tell us if the site is already down; it changes how we route the request.

Compatibility notes

In many cases the honest answer is a controlled migration rather than a like-for-like part. If a compatible current-generation module plus a shelf change is cheaper over five years than chasing scarce legacy stock, we will say so.

Common questions about this family

Can a Flatpack2 module replace a Flatpack S?

Not as a drop-in. The mounting and the controller interface differ between the Flatpack S generation and Flatpack2, so a module that looks similar may not seat or may not be recognised by the plant. Send a photo of the shelf and the controller before assuming either way.

Is the Eltek Flatpack S still manufactured?

No. Flatpack S and the first-generation Flatpack are end-of-life, and so are the Eltek Valere-era modules from 2007–2015. They come from remaining new-old-stock, so availability genuinely varies and we confirm it per request instead of publishing a stock figure.

Send the part number. We'll take it from there.

A phone photo of the label on the failed module is usually enough. We reply to every request within one business day — including the ones we can't fill.
