Active product line

Eltek Flatpack2 48V rectifier modules

Flatpack2 is Eltek's mainstream 48V telecom rectifier and still an active product line — which means most Flatpack2 requests are about lead time and price, not obsolescence. We quote the current HE modules and the shelves they sit in, and we tell you plainly when the OEM channel is the better route.

Availability & lifecycle

Active product line. Eltek — now a Delta Electronics division — continues to list the Flatpack2 48V range. Availability is generally good; the constraint is usually lead time, not supply.

What to send us

The part number on the module label (241115.105 / 241119.105 or the printed Flatpack2 48/xxxx designation), a photo of the shelf so we can see the controller, and how many slots you are actually running.

Compatibility notes

If your shelf is an older Flatpack or Flatpack S, the mounting and the controller interface differ — send a photo before assuming a Flatpack2 module will drop in.

Common questions about this family

Is the Eltek Flatpack2 48/2000 HE still available new?

Yes. Flatpack2 is an active Eltek product line, so the constraint on a 241115.105 is normally lead time and price rather than obsolescence. If you have been told your Flatpack2 is obsolete and quoted a whole new plant, ask which specific part number cannot be sourced.

What is the difference between the Flatpack2 48/2000 and the 48/3000?

Output power — 2000 W versus 3000 W — in the same 1U hot-swap format. They are not automatically interchangeable in a running shelf: the plant's total rated capacity, the breaker sizing and what the controller expects all have to agree before you mix ratings.

Other families we source

Send the part number. We'll take it from there.

A phone photo of the label on the failed module is usually enough. We reply to every request within one business day — including the ones we can't fill.
