The Flatpack2 remains an active Eltek line. Eltek itself has been a division of Delta Electronics since 2015, which is where a good part of the confusion comes from: people search "Eltek", find a brand that sits inside a much larger group, read the corporate history as a discontinuation notice, and stop. The products that are genuinely end-of-life are the ones that came before the Flatpack2 — the Flatpack S, the first-generation Flatpack and the modules from the Eltek Valere period.
Why "discontinued" is the wrong diagnosis so often
Three different situations get reported to us with the same words. The first is a real end-of-life product, where the manufacturer no longer builds it. Read the part number from the module label — a Flatpack2 48/2000 HE carries 241115.105 and the 48/3000 HE carries 241119.105. Then photograph the whole shelf including the controller, and read the controller model and firmware version from its display menu. Those three facts decide whether you are looking at an availability question, a configuration question or a genuine migration, and they take about ten minutes to collect.
